I recently started the smart coffee again, on the 4th of February. I just came out of hospital and have now got to have out patient care from the gastro department. The night of Saturday 11th February the constant pains I was having got worse, I excreted over a table spoon of blood and stool. I still haven't stopped bleeding and the pains are excruciating. My doctors looked into the coffee and said by no circumstances should I drink it again. Now we have to investigate the long term damage to my bowel.

The products are pretty good but the company seems a little dishonest. I’m disappointed in how they are handling my auto ships. If something is out of stock, rather than informing me to give me a chance to skip the month, they have just sent something else more than once. It’s such a pain to have to call, wait on hold, and then talk to a customer service person who doesn’t know anything

Good product.Poor customer service.I had my mail forwarded and my product was returned to sender.Unsure why. Customer service would only reship if I paid for shipping of each returned shipment.They would not combine shipping or ship along with future order.I realized the missing shipments only after it was too late to return them.The only contact from them was from within their website communication that I did not know was a form used for notification to a customer.I never received a email or phone call to my personal contact info.Great way to lose a long time customer as well as someone to promote the product.

I have tired their products they do not work is the only issue but they charged for shipping. The sales people make up stuff this product is not worth the money or your time.

The changed formula for the cocoa and coffee is awful. I am tired now, and I haven't lost a pound. I was so excited when I first started selling it but now I won't promote it. I lost 54 lbs in less then a year. Gained some back during covid new formula failure.

Busy wife, mom and semi-health nut here... Someone offered me a sample of coffee and thought okay, I'll try it. I've been drinking it for years! I absolutely love it! More energy, more focus, I've lost weight (and maintained that loss) and feel good about the ingredients! Plus, I love that the products are all-natural and fit in to my everyday lifestyle (no diet life here).

I’ve been taking Revital U for years now and have never felt better. I love the energy I have and not only did I reach my goal weight, I have been able to maintain it as well! I am all about clean ingredients! I use all of the products and my fav is the coffee!!! ☕️

The slim tea is incredibly for gut health and has even helped my IBS tremendously!!

My husbands fav is the Defend!!! No more horrible energy drinks for him!

I am very disappointed in this product, I placed an order and verified the amount and they decided to add more product to my order and charge me for it. I am so upset with the way They handled it they want me to pay for shipping and send it back I do not think that is right I know what I ordered and I did not order the Coco! Sounds like they’re trying to push their product and make people just keep it instead of returning it.

I prefer to bulk order than subscribe monthly.
When I saw 30% off deal, I ordered 24 Tubs (1 yr supply) of coffee over the phone & told the CR to pls set my current account " inactive" as I wont need coffee for 1 yr.
3 weeks later I got an email stating my monthly order had been fullfilled. I called CR and they explained that, when I purchased 1 yr upfront, they had to create a new subscription seperate from my current monthly subscription in order to send a different amount out. After that order was completed, it was closed and set to inactive, but the existing monthly subscription was never changed and still active.....
So confusing, & not conveyed properly. They are telling me, due to miscommunication, I have to fullfill the obligation and accept the shipment, and if I want to stop future shipments, my entire account profile has to be deleted

There is no way to stop monthly subscriptions or place self on hold more than 1 month.

Before I started using these products I had to have at least 5 - 8 "un-healthy" caffeinated beverages daily to keep me going. With these products, I've reduced that down to two caffeinated beverages daily that are "super-healthy". I have one Smart Coffee in the morning to get me going and then one Defend Plus in the afternoon to power me through the 2nd half of my day. In addition to having a clean all day energy with no crash, this combination also helps me to boost my immune system to keep me healthy in today's world. I also feel full faster so I eat a little less when I sat down for a meal and it helps stop my cravings for snacking on things I shouldn't be eating between meals. For me, that was a sugar craving where I would eat a couple of cookies or a couple scoops of ice cream or a surgery soda. So, by simply adding in clean energy to boost my aging metabolism, a bit of portion control and help stopping those cravings for things I shouldn’t be eating, I am cutting out 500-1000 calories daily. I've been able to sustain a healthy 34 inch waistline for over 3 years now and I feel fantastic for a guy in his 60's!

Please bring back the old formula!!!!! 2 yrs ago i lost almost 40 lbs, nearly effortlessly using this product. I took a break for awhile and when i decided to order again what i recieved was NOT the same product. 2 months, not a single change. So disappointing! As im thumbing through other reviews i see i am not alone. If you want to keep loyal customers, common sense says don't change up, offering less if no quality for the same price. Very sad :(

OMG!! The science behind these products and ingredients is what is fascinating to me! As a nurse, I read my labels and I like to know what is going in my body! I feel better than I’ve ever felt before! I’ve lost weight and have maintained it as well! I love that it doesn’t have artificial stimulants and that it also has long term benefits as well! And AFFORDABLE!!

My favorite products are the Smart Coffee, Slim Tea & Defend! Not only have I lost 40 lbs and maintained that for over 2 years, I’ve gained “me” back! I have some health problems that caused me to be fatigued a lot, with brain fog & moodiness! 🥴 If I had never lost a lb, just how the products make me feel & the energy I’ve gained are A+!!!!!!! Not to mention the slim tea is the only thing that has ever rid my bloat & mom pooch! Also with the Defend, I’ve been able to replace all of the immunity vitamins pills I was taking which has saved me money!! I also love that there are no artificial stimulants in that products to make you feel jittery! Oh, and I love the ingredients!! Have you actually seen what they have been able to pack into these products & they still taste great, not like chalky supplements that I’ve tried in the past!

Absolutely horrible and when I tried to get my refund they want me to pay the shipping so it’s not money back guaranteed DO NOT BUY

Absolutely useless product! Been using for nearly a month now and no results! Now see people saying on the FB page that they skip meals and drink 3liters plus of water a day, surely that is the result of the weight loss and not the product?? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
